Decent Location, Noticeable Flaws
dated roomunfriendly staff
The dated rooms were a letdown. The bathroom felt cramped and the materials seemed cheap. Figuring out which zone to use (red, blue, or yellow) added unnecessary confusion (it took me a while to figure it out!). I also found it annoying that the staff didn't seem particularly friendly or proactive. It was like they were just going through the motions. A smile would have made a big difference.
